South to Segovia

It is Sunday morning, we wished our neighbours from Bagworth a smooth crossing home and drove south to Segovia. It was grey most of the way and then rained, on and off, for most of the evening after we arrived. It took 5 hours for the 240 miles of almost deserted  autovia and we had 3 short stops for coffee and snacks/tapas. The campsite El Aquaduct is on the edge of town and a short €1 bus journey to all of the historic buildings and sites. But that's for tomorrow - we watched a John Depp  DVD tonight. Segovia is in the foothills of the central mountain range and it's cold! We have a great view of the snowy mountain range from our pitch.
